Can't beat the food here, great breakfast place and reasonably priced!

Excellent lunch with friendly staff who work quickly and efficiently. Their French fries are the skinny perfectly crispy ones that are lightly seasoned! Menu is extensive! I had a cheesesteak I would rate 11/10.

Salt & Pepper Grill is one of those places that just gets everything right. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality—it’s clear they truly care about their guests. The team is incredibly kind, and the service is always attentive and thoughtful without ever feeling over the top. The food? Outstanding. Every single dish I’ve had here has been absolutely delicious—honestly, some of the best meals I’ve ever had. Whether it’s something classic or something new, it’s always cooked to perfection and full of flavor. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both the food and the experience so consistently. Salt & Pepper Grill has become one of my go-to favorites, and I’m always looking forward to the next visit.

Took the advice of others here and stopped by for lunch. The food was truly delicious. Really large portion sizes and the flavors were great. The restaurant itself was decorated nicely - more of an order at the counter and sit down to eat type of place - but that is perfect for us. I wish I lived closer or I would definitely add this place one of my regulars. Definitely a great place to go for breakfast or lunch or to order out.

I called toward the end of the day for an order of beef empanadas. Upon arrival, the lady at the register was very welcoming, I had to wait a little as they had to fry them. I’m not sure if they are fried upon order or this was because I came in towards the end of business hours however they were well flavored. A little different than the empanadas I’m used to however still quite tasty. They also offered me an option for a mild or hot sauce along with it. They have a variety of dish to offer and the establishment is very clean.

Got the breakfast burrito with bacon. fabulous, fresh and hot. My mom got the chicken quesidilla which was also very good. First time here. I will be back. Everyone was ordering beans and rice and it smelled so good in the place. It also came with salsa Verde which isn't in the photo.

REAL BREAKFAST BURRITOS!!!! Place is amazing best breakfast burritos I’ve found in Jersey.. the chorizo they throw on here is legit too and delicious. French toast best I’ve had, great relaxed spot, can’t get better. Will come here forever if he stays just like this

I see tons of cars pulling in everyday on my to to RVCC and finally had time to stop in. The deli is clean and decorated nicely. There were a few tables full of people eating breakfast which I thought was great for a weekday. I ordered a sausage and cheese on a hardroll. The person that took my order wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. While waiting I saw huge breakfast platters being served that looked amazing! Note to self, go when you have time to order in! My sandwich was cooked to order and was pretty much what I ordered except it wasn't a sausage pattie, it was links cut up. Weird yes,but tasted good. The roll was excellent...
